Yoga that does not mind if it is your first time
A small, warm studio for slow flow, breathwork and rest. No mirrors, no judgment, and a teacher who will know your name by the second class.
Your first class is free. Mats and props are always provided.
A calm room, a short walk from downtown
Rooted is a small yoga and breathwork studio in Montford. One bright room, wooden floors, big windows, and no mirrors. We run slow flow, vinyasa, yin, restorative and breathwork, plus a Foundations course for anyone brand new.
We kept it deliberately small and unflashy. The aim is simple: the least intimidating hour of your week, with teachers who learn your name and a room that is glad you came.

From people who were nervous too
I thought I was too stiff to set foot in a yoga class. Maya put me at the back, told me to ignore everyone else, and I have not missed a Tuesday since.
I come on my lunch break twice a week. It has done more for my back and my head than a year of telling myself I should stretch more.
The intro offer let me try everything for two weeks without feeling committed. By the end I knew this was my studio, and which teachers I wanted to keep.
